I recently did a full tune up on my 2010 Honda accord ex v6, new spark plugs, oil change, brakes all the way around. When I was changing the oil I hit the exhaust with a plastic oil drip pan by accident and now its giving me a P0420 code for the catalytic converter, both my check engine and oil light are on, but the car runs perfectly fine, no rattles, no smell, nothing. I dont want to have to change out the catty if I dont have to but I'm not sure what else it could be, thoughts?
