Civic moves/pulls when starting it up and it's in neutral
I just put a new clutch and resurfaced flywheel when I start my car in neutral it pulls hard like I coukd drive it in neutral anyone know what it is and how I can fix it?

You either did something wrong during the clutch install, the flywheel resurfacing was done incorrectly, or the clutch kit is crap. A properly installed clutch will not make a car move when in neutral.
Does the pedal feel normal? Could be improper install or crap product like said above. Sounds like the clutch (stuck slave cylinder/pressure plate?) is fully engaged at all times or something. IDK, just curious as to what could cause this - been wrenching for years and never experienced this
Even if the clutch is engaged, if the manual transmission is in neutral, the car should not move. No gears are engaged inside the transmission. Something even more severe is wrong internally in the transmission.
I don't see how even a screwed up clutch install can affect the internals of the manual tranny.
