Default Weird shift to 4th gear

Hi Honda-Tech, I noticed recently my 05 Civic LX with 203k has been shifting weird to 4th gear, instead of the revs dropping once they drop twice. Is this a failing/slipping transmission? I checked the fluids and the color and level is fine, I was planning on doing a drain and fill soon since the last time was over a year/20k miles ago. Thank you for any help.

Unrelated but I also noticed when I start the car warm the revs drop low and then go to normal as opposed to a cold startup. I attached a video to show what I mean for the transmission issue and startup. Thanks

At this point, your best move is to perform a drain and fill of Honda DW-1 ATF every year to keep your transmission going.

Have you been doing regular drain and fills of DW-1 every 30K miles at the most?

Yes the last one was 2019 at 189k miles, I figured the car is just getting old. I'm hoping it lasts a lot longer still.
