Default Stolen RT Wagon help...

So my RT was stolen, but thankfully it has been recovered. I can't start it as the igntion is completely shot. Unfortunately, whoever stole it went out of their way to destroy a few things.

Could anyone give me some guidance for the following?

1. Driver-side seat belt track latch mechanism has been cut in half (the seatbelt release bit). Can I replace the release mechanism only or does it require the whole track system to be pulled out?
2. Popping noise when cranking the wheel. I believe the steering lock was damaged. Does this need to be replaced?

I had ordered a Haynes manual last week but my USPS envelope showed up and there was nothing inside, so I'm still waiting on a replacement.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think the Haynes manual will get you very far. Suck it up and order the manual from Helm Inc.

Not sure if you can replace just the latch on the seatbelt - anything's possible, but you're probably more likely to find the whole track instead of just the latch.

I would remove the covers on the steering column and inspect the ignition lock cylinder. There are two shear bolts that hold it on - you'll have to drill these off to remove the lock cylinder. You can either buy new shear bolts or just replace them with a SHCS with the same thread pitch (I did the latter). Once you have the cylinder off you can see the latch that locks the column and inspect the column for any damage. You may need a new lock cylinder.
