Head gasket /trash or reuse

I had to pull my head due to a misfire after doing gasket should it be replaced if scratched

Got a little scratch. Should it be replaced?

Forget the scratch... if the engine was brought up to operating temperature with this head gasket installed, then it MUST be replaced.

Headgaskets are not really meant to be "reused" on these vehicles, especially when you consider their failure rate.
