Icon4 Honda Civic 2005 - Oil pan leak

Hi guys, I had the usual Honda Civic oil pan leak and I decided to fix it myself. I had it earlier fixed by a mechanic and they only used the oil pan gasket, which I have learned after reading many forums is not good and sufficient. So I used RTV silicon sealant instead of rubber gasket. Let it dry for 1 hr before fulling tightening the oil pan nuts and bolts, and then let it fully cure for 24 hrs before filling in oil and starting the engine. I took it for a long drive and next morning I saw oil leak on the sides (image).
I am not sure what did I do wrong and how to fix it.

Looking for suggestions.

Take it off again and buy a proper rubber gasket. You may also want to check for bad engine mounts. I had a leak in mine when going on rough roads with a bad engine mount. After fixing the engine mounts no more leaks.
