I have a 1998 Honda Civic d16y7 So my ac compressor belt broke so I bought a new one and put it on and my car started but it started smoking and squealing really bad and then wouldn’t start up again after that I realized the ac compressor is seized I did some research and apparently you can run the car without the ac belt so I took it off and tried to start it up and it almost started up but it still didn’t turn over what could be the problem I am completely stumped
