Can I save this hatch!?
Almost anything is salvageable. Even Uni-body can go on a frame table and be straightened. However, the shops that do it well won't be cheap. Most likely that will be what will be needed to be done to save it properly.
You won't be able to visibly see a 1 degree shift in the frame rail. You may not even notice it in driving possibly. But maybe it won't be able to be aligned true or something of the like.
Until it goes onto a frame table, you won't know what the frame damage is like. By the looks, I would be surprised if there wasn't frame damage.

Well this car was purchased for dirt cheap im hoping it still drives straight and safe but I will definitely get the frame looked at by pros if I decide to drop some real money into it. Like I want to lol.

Progress update, new fender, some no name wide *** wheels i traded for the messed up silver tires. New headlights on order and thats it so far, car driving and starting like a champ. Rear tailight is leaking water wich is annoying.
Have you checked the door wire boot. If it's not in properly it lets water in just in front of the door. On the previous gen civics there was also a TSB about the body sealer just in front of the door under the front fender. I thought it didn't apply to the 6th gen but it might be an issue being yours was hit in that area.
