What's easiest eg chassis for b18c1 swap??? ( First time swapper)
So I just ordered up a b18 C1 with GSR transmission and everything to go along to do the swap. I am just wondering what is the easiest eg chassis for this swap, as far as to wire everything up , I have the OBD1 GSR ECU and wiring harness with the swap. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks honda techs.

Did your swap come with the B18C wire harness?
The 1992 year Civics are the best since every trim level (CX/VX/DX/EX/SI) were wired for VTEC from the ECU to the engine bay shock tower. That would only require you wire in the following in a 1992:
Knock Sensor
IAB
EVAP Purge
Maybe O2 Sensors (there are some models that have single wire, 4 wire, and 5 wire sensors depending on models...you will need the 4 wire O2)
If you have a 93-up, then you will need to wire the following from the ECU to the engine bay:
VTEC Solenoid (excluding EX/SI models since those had VTEC motors)
VTEC OPS (excluding EX/SI models since those had VTEC motors)
Knock Sensor
IAB
Evap Purge
Maybe O2 Sensors (there are some models that have single wire, 4 wire, and 5 wire sensors depending on models...you will need a 4 wire O2)
