Default 97 civic EX power drain help

97 honda civic ex w/ ~105k miles
Interstate Battery from mid 2019.
Alternator is a Autozone rebuild from 2019.

I need help understanding my parasitic draw. I set up the test but I dont know what I am looking at. The car sat for 3 weeks and the battery was unable to start the car.

Is 8.3 a lot? Battery no good maybe? I charged it up monday to 12.7 and by Saturday it was reading 12.3 (not driven).

You do NOT have a parasitic drain. 8.3 mA drain is miniscule. Test your battery and alternator.
