I have a 97 Civic 5-speed that I cannot figure out what the starting/ running issues is

The car started randomly loosing power electrical dimming last night and then conked out at the stop lights.
I was not able to get the starter to turn it over it clicked but did not move the engine
I roll started the car and popped the clutch and was able to get it home
I checked the battery voltage and it was over 13v all the electrical and lights come on in the car

The other symptom is when it died or conked the radio reset like the battery was flat dead for that few seconds until I roll started it


I tested the battery and hammered on the started to see if I could get that going
Jumping the car made no difference with external power
All the relays and fuses check out and click like they should
