I have 99 civic and I cut the holes out for fog lights and they worked great, bulbs didn't last long but worked great. Recently I got a new kit and installed them and they work great while the car is on and idling. I've noticed when I'm driving it the fuse almost blows instantly but sitting still idling their fine. What could it be I replaced the harness in the engine bay and checked all grounds and can't find anything that would cause the problem. I did Recently install a compactor so idk if that is the problem

 

Wtf is a compactor?

Sounds like an exposed wire that bumps against the body somewhere while driving, but doesn't get knocked around while sitting still.

If you mean "capacitor" what in the world is that for?!?
