Default H22a intermediate half shaft

I have a 98 manual accord that's had a h22a engine in it. Was wondering if anyone can tell me what makes the retainer bearing and inner cv vibrate. I know the bearings stuffed but what causes this? Everything was tight and done up properly.

Have you replaced it with another axle/cv joint to see if it still does it. It's not terribly uncommon to get crappy replacement axles that are either wrong length or not balanced. I recall getting a cheap cheap axles from a local shop (like trak auto or pep boys) and their replacement axles were garbage. Had to swap in 3 different ones to get one that was good.

Other thoughts are: is the axle nut on correctly, I've seen a few people put them on and either forget to crank them down with an impact, or not realize they had not pushed the rotor on fully, then snugged it down and it was effectly not correctly tightened.
