i posted this in ITR forum, i think i can get a few answers here.

does it need to spin freely when its installed.. i found an imperfection in the P&P.. i beleive this might be a common one.

the shaftgoes in smoothly until i hit this "imperfection" then i have to push hard. its on the intake and exhaust both. would i need to have this thing sanded down. or is it ok cuz the shaft doesnt move.

the shaft doesnt move anyway, the rockers rotate on it, try to deburr it enough to slide it in easily though, or if a light tap with a rubber/plastic mallet makes it go in, then its fine
