Upshifting from 2nd gear to drive.

Upshifting from 2nd gear to drive.
Hi,
my CRV 2003 upshift normaly from 1st to 2nd gear but does not upshift from 2nd to Drive...unless I release the gas pedal.
I made a fluid change already...no improvement.
What is next to look at if it is not a fluid problem?
