Default Front end clunk

The last couple days my car has been making a big thunk when setting off and especially when turning the wheel.
Lug nuts are all tight and I replaced the lower ball joints a couple months ago.
I did a quick search and some guys were saying check the shock tops. It doesn't sound very good, have any of you guys had experience with front end noises?

go back and look at that balljoint you replaced, and all the bolts and parts you touched.

and seriously, theres a 100 parts in the front end that could be an issue. you need to do some legwork yourself instead of just asking the internet to solve your problem without any detail, car model, pics, sound clips, etc.

Oh, I drive an 04 civic. Turns out the passenger side outer tie rod end was completely exploded, grease everywhere. Ordered a AC Delco part off Amazon, should be here tomorrow.

The tie rod end helped but did not completely eliminate the noise. Upon closer inspection of the drivers side suspension, turns out the left(long) cv axle inner boot was missing 1 clamp and had no more grease inside.
Going to replace the driver's side axle and also the rear trans(firewall) engine mount that I filled last year with urethane caulk(bad idea) at the same time. But, i'm not going to do it till next weekend after the snow melts.
