Hi, im asking for some help please.

I'm having an issue with my Honda CRV 99, the car was parked for a couple of months and I bought it.

sometines the car start, but after driving it for a while when i shut down the car and wanted to start it again, doesnt want to start.!!

And i have replace the:
spark plugs, fuel filter, i have replace the distribuitor.
i do have spark and fuel, the car crank but dont start and smell gasoline, i have been battling with this issue since december the mecanic said he doesnt know whats the problem.
There is no engine light on the dash.

If there is no start after all you have replaced and the wiring is intact, replace the main relay. If it fails it will not start as this is the PGMFI (Programmed Fuel Injection) relay. You may have fuel pressure as the pump will run, but the PCM ( powertrain control module) wil not be energized. This is not uncommon but its not frequent failure.

Do you try to start it riggt after you turned it off? After how long of a wait does it turn back on? Habe you checked your engine coolant temp sensor? Does the spark plug foul out? I had this problem on 01 rd1 and it was only that $15 sensor was the problem.
