Performance upgrades for a 1969 honda accord ex
I would think that would be a collectible car , very collectible actually, since the Accord was not released until 1976.
But in case you are talking about a 1996 Honda Accord, my overall suggestion is there is nothing easily done, don't waste time with exhaust, headers, intakes, they won't give you anything really in terms of horsepower.
The question that needs to be asked is how much money do you want to spend and how much horsepower are you looking to want to make? If it's a small reasonable amount, then I would go straight to suggesting a turbo as the easiest method to make some horsepower, probably around 50 horses more safely, Anything else I would go to someone like this:
https://dpraceparts.com/products/dyn...iant=310290449
and have them build you a proper engine with whatever you want and your wallet can handle.
This is not really a platform for simple mods for horsepower.

I hate to sound like a broken record, but let me try again:
What is your budget? How much do you want to spend? I'll give a little guidance:
1 - If you tell me anything less than $1000, then I would say to hang it up, don't do anything, you'll waste your money for the most part
2 - If you tell me $5,000 then we have options to play with and you will have some serious work to do (motor swap or turbo being the most likely option)
3 - if you tell me $10,000 or higher, the I will tell you to pick a different car entirely, this is not the platform to spend that kind of money on.
If you simply want the car to "feel" faster or "sporty" then I would sugget a transmission swap to a manual and a suspension upgrade for a firmer car, but don't go nuts.
Does this help?
