So I just bolted my Z6 head onto my D15b in my 91 crx. But I can’t find a diagram for the hoses that go to the intake manifold. I know the map sensor is on the tb, so I can delete the charcoal canister and all that, but as far as bottom of FPR, and bottom of iacv, what goes where? Every thread I see is for Y8 intake mani, but nothing for Z6 intake mani. Can someone send a picture of there routings or possibly point my in the right direction? I need this car running by Monday 1-4-21 HELP!
I may be able to help you. Can you post pictures of exactly what you're having a problem with? I didn't do a head swap, but I did do a MPFI conversion using a Z6 intake manifold on my 90 Civic DX.
Per your specific questions:
The bottom of the fuel pressure regulator is the fuel return - connect this to the stock fuel return.
The bottom of the IACV is part of a coolant loop, so the routing doesn't have to be exact. It can be run in series with the throttle body coolant loop, or honestly if you live in southern California, you don't even need to hook coolant lines back up to the IACV. Those coolant lines are only beneficial in freezing weather during a cold start.

So I figured out brake booster, the return fuel/FPR and the iacv, the one question I have is the MAP. That spout on top of TB, that’s not for the MAP right? I can just plug that off because the MAP reads through the inlet of TB?
This one? It goes to your charcoal canister. If you deleted the charcoal canister, you can just leave this port open, or you can plug it if you want. It leads to a hole before the throttle plate, so it will not cause a vacuum leak.
As you stated, the MAP that is mounted on the TB does not need a vacuum hose, as it has a hole underneath it where it can see vacuum.
