Default Troubleshooting. What is this "Whooshing" sound I hear?

I have a 2002 honda accord lxse that has a noticeable whooshing noise when i accelerate right after it switched gears.
how screwed am i?
What is it?
How do i fix it wothout having to get a different car.

You need to have a quality audio or video of the car while it is performing such a noise during the conditions that you're hearing it. There is no way that anyone can even begin to help diagnose an issue if you can't fully describe in words what is going on and where it's coming from.

Please make it a priority to make sure that you point out or know any changes that you've made to the car, including any air filters swap outs or changes to any parts of the engine bay or the cabin, so that we can rule out any potential issues there. Without any of this information, this question is not going to help you or go anywhere.

RememberThe car is a 2002 Accord it is 18 years old. There are going to be some noises that you're not going to like. If it's not causing an issue with your everyday drivability, I don't think it's going to be an issue now. I will move this to the correct section in miscellaneous
