Stock USDM and CDM Civics came with a dimmer switch. Did your Civic not come with a stock dimmer switch? Or is your dimmer bad and you want to replace it with a new one?

Did you locate the Red/Blk wire from fuse 19 in the dash fuse box?

 

If you can't locate the Red/Blk wire from fuse 19, you can instead get power from the C918 option slot in the dash fuse box.
