Low beams not working but high beams will?
Year: 1997
model: civic coupe
So my low beams will not work. They worked for a little bit blew the fuses then I replaced the fuses and they don’t work. Some days low beams will work for a little then stop completely. The fuses under the hood and dash are good. These bulbs are brand new from Autozone. The most expensive ones too like 60 bucks I don’t think they’re bad. Something odd is that all bulbs on my vehicle replaced but the right blinker blinks very fast compared to my left signal. Not sure if that is related or not. Wipers module broken as well and is being replaced not sure if that’s related but someone mentioned combination switches on an old thread I read so I thought I’d mention it.
Thanks in advance!

The wires coming from bulb all seem to be oem no issues at all, as far as the grounds go, Do you have a diagram of where all the ground is so i can check them?

Using a test light, you detected voltage at the left headlight connector but not the right headlight connector.
(1) For each headlight connector, what was the wire color at the connector pin that you tested in each connector? (2) What did you use as ground for each voltage test?

Update: now low beam and highbeam won’t work at all. Light bulbs are brand new sylvania most expensive set they were like 60 I doubt it blew out. Not sure what’s going on now. Can’t be bad switch right if the probe test worked
The headlight connector has three wires:
1) Ground for both low and high beams
2) Power for low beams
3) Power for high beams
Based on your information, you only tested voltage at the wire for high beams on both sides.
Repeat the voltage tests on the low beam wire or the high beam wire on both sides using the headlight ground wire as ground for each test. Use your multimeter to measure the exact voltage readings.
Look at the circuit diagram I posted. The ground wire is Black (red rectangles). I also showed the colors for the power wires (red rectangles).
Low beam both sides read the same.
High beam driver side read 12.11 High beam passenger side read 12.04
test light using the ground from connection works well. Lights up on both low and high and both sides.
