Hatchback o2 sensor problem
Got a 92 civic vx hb swapped a b18b using the b18b harness. throws a 41 code replaced the o2 sensor reset the ecu but check engine came back when I hit the freeway with same code. The o2 sensor is getting voltage.
Sensor codes don't necessarily mean that the sensor is bad. They indicate a circuit issue. Start by voltage and Ohm testing the heater wires (power and ground).
Okay will do those ohm and voltage test on the wires.
And for rewire I didn't rewire nothing this swap was on my previous 94 cx hatch I just swapped everything to this vx.

Exactly. That is why it doesn't work. A Honda Civic FSM will show the wiring differences between the VX and CX, DX, LX and EX models. What you will find is that the O2 sensor wires are in the wrong order/location at the junction plugs on the passenger side shock tower. You will need to correct two wires: The O2 signal wire and the O2 heater control wire.
If we are comparing the 92 VX and 94 Civic. From my Chilton it looks like the White and Green wires of the engine wiring just need swapped around. I can upload a diagram later to clarify.
