i drove my honda civic eg4 to a garage for change the Cylinder head gasket. After one week he told me he changed , but now the ECU is broken , he can sell me for 4500bhat. The problem is after starting the engine, I can't accelerate. The engine only run with ~ 900r/min . Is this a problem of the ecu?
Can i repair the ecu? or where can i buy?
The issue doesn't sound like the ECU to me but its hard to tell with so little information. Did he reconnect the throttle cable? Can you rev the car by manually opening the throttle body? Also recheck all plugs are plugged back in to the correct spots / connectors. Some sensors will fit multiple plugs, especially in the intake manifold / throttle body area. So it will look correct but its actually plugged in wrong.
Im not sure how much 4500bhat is or what options are available to you. Here people usually get them from ebay or "scrap yards".
Many ECUs can be repaired as long as they aren't heavily corroded inside. If you can solder, open up the ecu and look for bulging or leaking capacitors. Replace any that are damaged with a capacitor of the same type. Also look for any corrosion on the motherboard and clean it up with 90% rubbing alcohol. There are professionals you can mail your ECU to for repair, but the cost may be near what you are paying for a replacement part in some cases.

if i start the car , the first 30 second s everything is o.k., but than it runs only in idle. Also if i rotating the throttle per hand nothing happend
. I ordered 10 capacitors, the same in the ecu and going to change them. I hope that's the fault.
Thank you for helping me
.
Replacing those caps is good even if it wasnt the source of the issue. With the age of these cars and the extreme environments many of those caps have seen better days. Lookout very closely for stuff on the board around any damaged caps and clean it very well. They leak and the acid is highly corrosive to the board, the leaking is usually what causes the damage. Also make sure to use lead solder if you can and the caps are in the correct way they have a + and - side.
But like i said it doesnt really sound like the ECU, the trouble codes could help us know forsure.
i tried it already, i connect the two pin , but rhe engine light burns all the time. So I can't see.
This light is since i baught the car on, so I don't see.
But thanks for the helpful link, i will reset the ecu and start the engine new. Than perhaps i will see the codes after connecting the 2 pins. And than i will replace ten capacitors i bought.

i am going to clean the board
there are some leaking places.
the guy from the garage he took another ECU and it was running.
Now i want to buy a ecu but the P84 is difficult to find , what other ecu s i can use? all OBD1 ?
The corrosion on the metal casing doesn't seem to have touched the board.
The black from the capacitor that leaked may have only discolored the protective coating. You may be able to salvage that ecu. It's hard to say until you try.
Please don't bump 10+ year old threads asking what ECU you can use. Instead PM users to see if they are still even active on the forums if you feel you must. Unfortunately, your ECU is country specific and will need to be sourced from the market it originates from.
Salvage yards are businesses that sell used auto parts. When I googled, there is a used auto parts market in Thailand. Predominately in Bangkok. That may be out of the way but I did find quite a bit of resources for Japanese vehicles for "used" (salvaged) auto parts.

yes, i googled it also, i am living in Surat thani.
The most people i bought from, are living in Bangkok. And also the few salvage yards are there.
But probably there are not same like ours. They calling themselves , but if you see the pictures in Google, its nothing, just a small shop. Anyway tomorrow my ECU P84 will be delivered ( Also from Bangkok).. Then i will know more, about my problem. I hope the best that the ECU is not broken or a fake.
I will tell you guys
