Those are made in Greece i believe by Gatzelakis. He makes tons of gear sets.
We may be able to ask him about the failure if you are interersted.

Ok i got an answer. I sent them the pictures and the thread
The gearset you have is a different series not made here.
Gatzelakis GTS makes dog straightcut gears for GEAR-X and LSDs.
They have GTS markings and lifetime warranty.
They offer straightcut with synchros so that they can be used a s a daily EASY.
I driven a car with this option and its crazy good. Thats what ill be puting in my car..
If you want explanation on your situation or anything else ask here:

I've only used Gear X in road racing, so, I have no experience in this area.

MTM can make the gear set for you, but the lifetime warranty may be more difficult to find.

Or do what most end up doing and go with PPG LOL. I’ve known people who have used GForce, Liberty, Albins, Gear X and in the end they all went to PPG.

It’s kinda like axles, people go with OEM, then Auto Zone/Checkers, Gator, Insane Shafts and in the end go with DSS.

Visit the webpage i wrote above Ask for Kostas Manioudakis "the canadian." He is the reprsenative, cool ****, and honda to the bone.
Tell him im the guy from honda-tech i had problem with a gear-x gearset.
He already knows about your case since i didnt knew they suply Gear-x but not on helical cut.
Kostas is making a DQ250 dsg trans on K20 FN2 along with George Zobolas from Geartech. Probably worlds first.

MTM Custom Gear Ratios in Thailand. They don't have a website, but you can find them on Facebook or Instagram.
