Default Engine knock?

I’m fairly new to working on cars and I’m 99% sure that it’s engine knock but I need to know for sure. I had a video of the sound coming from my engine, if anyone could tell me what could possibly be wrong that would be great. Thank you.

Also, took it for a drive around the block since I just got it running, it has little to no power, if that helps answer my question at all.

That most def sounds like a spun main bearing to me (but I should note that im listening in a very loud plant through computer speakers at the moment). Does the engine have oil pressure?

Drop the oil pan if possible. If there is metal in there, it most likely a bearing issue. Stop driving it. If it is s bearing the more you drive it the more likely you are to have the bearing spin and potentially damage the block (Throw a rod).

Just went through this myself. Motor ended up seizing at idle RPMs thank goodness. Crank is trash, but will be rebuilding the block.
