My name is Jake and I'm building out my '96 accord, yanno, the shitty SOHC with 'economic' VTEK. I have a good idea of what I want to do with it as i've been lurking the FAQ, youtube, google, and a few different forums, ans also reaching out to more experienced individuals that have inspired me from a young age to finally purchase my first project car. It's a 1996 Accord with a f22b1 engine. From what I can tell, it is bone stock aside from the air filter. It's an AEM. I'm looking at mounting the intake below to my F22B1 head. The thing is, I've found a thread that explains it pretty well, but gives no images as they are now gone! (the thread in question: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-...-head-1806329/ ) I've tried using wayback machine and cached images to no avail, and now i'm just needing some answers. If anyone is wondering where i'm going with this build, i'll leave a thread on what i plan to do that is also on here.

thank you for your time and input everyone. I appreciate it. H23A intake manifold. PCBX from a JDM H23A. h23a TB and Vacuum box on it as well.
I've delved deep into the head i have and have actually decided to go with it if possible. I'm mainly just wondering what I may have to do on my end to make this work. I'm not understanding the following thread:
Would you be able to elaborate more on what's needed on the F23 or link a decent source? thanks, I appreciate the input!
You need a 3-2 wire IACV adapter like the one from Rosko Racing. The throttle cable bracket will need a little modification. Swap your current injectors/fuel rail onto it. Other than that it's a direct bolt on IIRC. It's been many years since I've messed with single cam stuff but it's a super easy swap.
That's what i've heard it called before by other people. it's not necessarily true, but from what I know, the F22B1 was built by honda to be an economic engine with a little spunk, but not as much as your average h2x or f23.
