Any tips or vids on driver side window regulator regulator replacement?
Getting a clunk clunk clunk like noise like a machine gun out of it. Can I just do motor or looks like have to do whole set up?

Coupe is different, if the only the motor is bad, the motor can be separately replaced from the regulator.
Mines a 02 coupe
But few vids ie seen show access holes I don't have on mine.
I'm not 100% what bolts to remove motor
I'd be guessing if I didn't have a vid to see.
Junkyard prob be my choice for one along with couple other items for the door

Remove the door panel, etc,. similar to the sedan (as shown in videos). Then follow these steps to remove regulator first, then to separate the motor for replacement.

Re: 2002 Honda Accord driver side window regulator
If it is an issue with the motor and not the regulator you my not need to replace the motor.
This info comes from my experance fixing older Ford window motor issues.
If you look at the above diagram you will see a box like shap in the end of the motor with a gear coming out of the cover. That cover comes off. Just a few screws to remove. Inside will be a mechanism that acts like a type of a clutch. So you don't mess things up when the window is all the way up or down and still pushing the switch.
On most units this wears out. And it can't grab enough to move the window. The bag bag comes from the motor turning and the "clutch" like devise slipping.
It's not a clutch like you think of one. I don't know on Honda as I have never opened one. But getting back to the Ford. It works with an inner ring with indents on its outer diameter. This ring connects directly to the motor. Then there is a larger outer ring with indents in it on the inner side of it. Then several round plugs go into these indents connecting the two rings together. What happens when the window is all the way up or down the plugs let's the outer ring that drives the window slip of the plugs as the motor still turns. When the plugs ware down, the outer ring slips to easily and dies not move the window. The bag bag is the plugs and indent falling back in place.
I'm sure Honda does the same thing. All you need to do is find a replacement for the plugs.
On my 88 bronco I use metal set screws of the right length covered in a nylon tubing with the correct inner and outer diameter, cut to length. I have done around 20 of these for friends. With parts in hand I can do the job in under 4 minutes. Don't forget to clean out the old grease and dirt first, and repack with grease. I use wheel barring grease.
The fixed ones are a super cheap fix, and will outlast the original plugs.
Hope this helps. For more info there are tone of videos on rebuilding Ford window motors.
If you try it, let me know if the inside of the Honda motor gear box is diferant.

This my first one. I've did older cars like TransAms I've had
Has trouble going up just like it does going down. Down being easier cause of the window weight have to help it up.
Probably easier get whole thing from yard won't be much
Thx
Re: 2002 Honda Accord driver side window regulator
Of course, the important thing to tinker with when putting these in is getting the window aligned just right. Make sure you test all the way up and down, tape the window in place while working on the assembly so it stays in place, and verify it's in the grooves both all the way up and down. I had to adjust mine about 3 times until it was perfect again while installing (I did the whole assembly as I find at this point it's all a little loose, bent, or otherwise not quite right).

Update the motor was fine it was the main pivot point for connection point where everything kind of meets the little bracket or whatever they make the hold everything together kind of wore out so I kept the old motor I'm just used the new one I got from a salvage yard
