Will a 97 prelude exhaust fit on a 2001?

I found a parts car on facebook marketplace that has a new exhaust and a catalytic converter, and the car i bought on had the header part. Just curious are they compatible?

base and sh exhausts are a bit difference (SH downpipe is few inch longer due to ATTS) but otherwise yes

From the cat-back, all exhausts on 97-01 Preludes are the same.
