Icon4 Honda Civic 2006 steering wheel issue

I am having an issue with my Honda Civic 06'. The steering wheel had sometimes become increasingly hard to turn but would go away. The problem only happened a few times and I thought that maybe it was low on steering fluid, but I checked and it's full. One day my car stalled shortly after driving off and I was not able to turn it back on. When it stalled the lights, A/C, and music stayed on. I called a tow truck and when I arrived home the car turned on with no hesitation. The car has been turning on fine since. I took it out a short distance around my neighborhood to see if it would stall again, but it didn't it was just hard to turn the steering wheel this time. I checked the steering fluid, I checked the serpentine belt, both seem fine. I also ran a computer scan and got back codes P0113, and P0102. P0113= intake air temperature sensor circuit high voltage, and p0102 Mass Airflow sensor circuit low voltage. What can be causing the steering wheel to turn hard? Could it have something to do with the codes? Please help
