Default Transmission Issue

I have a 2014 Honda CR-V with about 90k miles and it has started to seem to have trouble deciding which gear it needs to be in when driving about 30-45 mph. It only seems to happen when driving city roads where the speed limit is in that range, If accelerating to get on highway the car shifts perfectly normal.

It's 2.4L auto transmission
