This is my first post hope I did it right and put it in the right category sorry if I didn’t.

 

Please start with what that harness is. What car/engine combo was it originally for? There are several guides online to reference if you know what you're starting with.

 

so after more research it is definitely an OBD2a harness and it plugs in perfectly to my P2P-A31 5speed VTEC y8 ECU. It came out of a 97 civic EX coup. After checking all the pin outs and diagrams I could find. I still have found no info on said wires.

This is close up of wires circled in red from pic above. The pink and white wires are bigger gauge than the rest. They go into or come off the harness about 8 inches from the ECU plugs. They were taped up and bundled together under the tape. I found them when I un wrapped said harness to clean it up. Any help would be appreciated. And please before you tell me to do research. I have for hours that’s why I’m asking y’all for any help. Thank you again.

 

Automatic EK engine harnesses have a fourth ECU plug and it is likely that the bundle of wires you are holding in the photo above is simply the auto-related wiring with the ECU plug cut off. The few wires in the green crossover plug may also be auto related and will not have opposing wires on the other side of the green plug when plugged into a manual chassis.
