Car runs for 15mins then dies - have to disconnect battery to start again
Car is a 1999 Civic EX
I searched for this already, and I have explored the fuel problems with these cars and that is not it. I have fuel pressure at the fuel rail.
No CEL's and the car will start and drive perfectly fine for only 10-15 minutes, then dies. The first 2 times this happened I just parked the car overnight and then the next day it started no problem, yet again would only run for 10-15 minutes. Cranks but does not fire.
It happened again last night while I was away from home so I thought, screw it, let's reset the ECM. So I disconnected the negative on the battery for a minute and stepped on the brake and after I reconnected the battery cable she fired right up no problem.
Today it ran longer than it has since this problem started, about 40 minutes before dying. This time, the ECM reset does NOT work and I currently cannot get it to restart and am just waiting and searching the interwebz
When it dies, it really feels like it's just running out of fuel and just sputters out. So I started exploring fuel problems and found out that when it dies, my fuel pump relay module and fuel pump are both indeed working, and I am getting pressure at the fuel rail when the key is cycled.
It's definitely not fuel and clearly seems to be electrical related given that it starts back up after and ECM reset.
Any help would be awesome! Thanks!

Test the ignition coil and ICM inside the distributor you could be loosing spark when the ICM gets too hot and or the coil.
Make sure your battery is good and holding charge.
