If you've already got the three 14mm bolts off, it's a piece of cake to replace. The gasket is part number 18212-671-003 from Honda. I recommend you use anti-seize compound on the threads when you put it back together.

Any advice on removing those rusty bolts? They are most likely last touched on the assembly line
and do i need any special bolts and nuts to reolace them wth?

You can spray it with liquid wrench to break the rust free a little, and or heat it up with a propane torch and use a impact gun and bust them off,

worse case take it to the local muffler shop and they can melt the bolts and nuts right off using there torch and replace them for you.

Soak in penetrant overnight, 6-point socket, and breaker bar with a cheater pipe. You may end up unthreading the studs out of the manifold if the nuts are rusted to them bad enough.

Actually...the nuts appear to be gone! Just the bolts rusted in with jingling washers next to the heads. I have a feeling they may snapoff inside

So it sounds like someone pulled the studs/nuts out and put bolts in their place. Honda did not use washers here, either. If they break off in the manifold, you could try extraction (after soaking in penetrating oil) or you could source a replacement manifold. I've got one I could sell/ship to you if you need it. Just send me a PM if you're interested.
