This seems rather a common problem. I've done everything. I want to be sure I havent missed anything before I sing money into this old junk.
Issue: Was driving fine, engine lost power without serious event. Coasted to the side of the road.
Restart unsuccessful. Cranks fine, no fire.
Fuel pump not running. Replaced fuel pump, and main relay.
Same result. Cranks, but no start.
I jumpered pin 1 and 7, and I hear the pump run. I loosen the bolt on the fuel filter, and fuel is present.
I jumper 1 & 7 from the back of the connector, and attempt start with pump artificially running. Still, no start.
I checked ALL fuses. All fine.

Seems C15 is blown. Board damage is minimal. I went to digikey and ordered a set to replace ALL electrolytic caps. I can repair a trace or two with a jumper wire if needed. Its clear the cap is the issue. One lead is completely detached from the bigger one.
Caps are of these sizes. All Aluminum Electrolytic
