Default Oil sandwich plate questions and concerns - Golden Eagle copy

So i was gifted this plate (pics below) which appears to be a knockoff of the Gilden Eagle LS/Vtec kit.
My concerns are it would seem to be leaking filtered oil back with the non-filtered. From what I researched, not enough info though that I could find, it seems like the center bolt/thread is not completely sealed against the plate itself, which my logic says that both filtered and un-filtered oil actually go throu the port holes for the head and the other 1/8" port. Dirty oil go through the oitside, gets filtered and go through the center, right? In which case it goes oit through the 4 holes and into the ports, but on the other side there appears to be space for dirty oil to algo go into the ports.
Would there be any problems here, loss of pressure? No problems at all? Or am I incorrect in how I tried to understand how it works?

Leakage between the gold and purple in the center

There appears to be enough space between the 2 to leak through
