Jdm b16a swap won’t start
I have swapped a 89 JDM b16a obd0 into my 97 ex civic. The previous owner before me had rebuilt the internals of the motor but never started it after the rebuilt. Eventually it was sold to me, I changed everything to obd2 on the outside of the motor and am running a obd1 p30 ecu. After everything has been hooked up I am able to crank the motor but cannot get it to start. If someone could help I’d appreciate

I have changed the fuel pump and filter along with the main replay and injectors. I have fuel to the fuel rail but nothing coming out of the injectors before or after I changed everything.
I just got new spark plugs and each plug wire has spark to them so I can rule out that works.
