Default Piston Rings or Valve Seals (Compression Test B16a2)

Hello Honda-tech community,

For the past few months my b-series has been going through quite a bit of oil. When I do long trips ranging from 500+ miles the engine will go from 3-4 quarts of oil. It has a 4.4 final drives ITR LSD, ITR 1-3 and GSR 4-5 for gear ratio's, at 70mph its hitting roughly 4k rpm. For example of my latest trip I went from jackson hole, wy to northern ID ~500 miles and never hit v-tec just full eco mode and went through 3 quarts. I find it ridiculous it's going through that much oil, I have GSR Integra as well where I took it across country east WA to Detroit and went through about a half of quart at the same speed. To add to the specifications of the 2000 b16a2 engine it has second gen usdm type r cams, ported head to what the b18c5 head is, still single valves not dual, stock block and pistons, and bolt-ons.
So I proceeded to do a compression test. Analysis was done just after hitting operating temps, elevation around 6300 ft, and while turning over the engine foot was at WOT.

Dry, (psi)
1: 150
2: 150
3: 154
4: 154

Wet using roughly a tablespoon of 5w30 each cylinder,
1: 190
2: 190
3: 188
3: 188

Couldn't be anymore consistent. What I'm stumped is would it be piston rings because you see a huge jump on compression with the wet test or because it's so consistent its valve seals. Right now I have OEM valve seals for it just not installed yet. So I'm asking the community of your thoughts.
Lastly, not related to this exactly, since I'll be pulling the head figured I would go full type r setup with the dual springs and lighter valves. However, is there preference to which brand to use TODA, Brian C, or OEM? The project is more of a fun canyon ripper that's reliable, good gas mileage, with a little more power than stock I also have a stand alone in the car as well to take advantage of the upgrades.

Thank you for your time and responses

Do a Leakdown test it’ll tell you exactly where it is

But from google research. If doing dry and wet. And it jumps it’s piston rings
