Default Exhaust Pipe A-Pipe

I have a 2002 Honda Odyssey. Let me say first absolutely nothing has been wrong with it. Perfect engine, transmission etc. The I guess they call it the A pipe or the main pipe from the engine to the catalytic converter. So you have t 2 pipes from the engine and they go there. This pipe had a small break min it and it was getting noisy. No lights on the dash at all, NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!
I replaced this pipe all went well except the converter side was hard to get those bolts out. I ground them off, heated them, drilled a small pilot hole in them and then took an air chisel with a pointy bit and they punched out. Put everything back together and now I have a check engine light on and TCS light. No the key was not on at all tit was out of the ignition at all times. I did use anti seize and tons of PB to get things off. Now these light are on and wont go off??? Again no lights before and no issues with this van everything g perfect. Any ideas why these cam on. PB cause it??? How do I get these lights off???
Thank you,
Bob NY
