Default BMXA Rebuild - Can I reuse overheated steels? No visible etching

Can I reuse the steels in between the clutches? Im in the middle of replacing the third set, first two looked fine other than just worn clutches, steels looked fine. On this third set, though you can tell they got a little hotter. They are blued a bit, but they dont look warped or scored. There was still clutch material on all the clutches, but they were starting to get fuzzy. So can I reuse em? Can post pics

Swapped em out. They were $4 a piece at a local transmission parts store.

Yeah, once steel turns blue, it's weakened as far as I understand. Not worth reusing even if it was more than 4 bucks.
