P2185 on 2007 Odyssey
I've Google the problem and have questions. On YouTube there seems to be two sensors. Do you need to change both?
The Honda part on Amazon is 3x the price of others. Can anyone recommend a brand and part no. Im having difficulty getting the exact part no. for this year model.
The car was sitting for a month due to lock down. Do you think if I remove it and clean the cud off it it may solve the problem?

P2185 is the ECT2 temp sensor on the bottom of the radiator. Check the condition of the wires around that sensor, and elsewhere in the engine compartment. Maybe a rodent chewed on them while it sat.
Hi,
Oh, when I googled the problem it seemed to be a sensor on the engine block at the top. Is this not the case? I will take a look at the sensor at the bottom of the rad.
Thx.

HI,
Thanks. from YouTube there are two sensors, do I need to change both.
I found a Stant part for 5$ compared the Honda's part for much more. I usually stick with OEM, but I know Stant is a good brand.
