Default Hondata False Constant Voltage AFR

Hi I just finished a new civic build. It is a 1998 canadian si with a d16y7 turbo swap. It has 750cc injectors, 6062 turbo, manley rods, wiseco pistons, etc. When preparing to tune it on the s300 v3 installed for it, any attempted wideband readings are constant voltage in Hondata as if they are not being read at all. The wideband is an AEM 4110 and the visual guage is reading accurately and adjusting accordingly with throttle inputs. However, the voltage input to the ecu does not vary when attempting to tune. I have done as much research as possible on the forums and google. I've tried inputting the wideband to d14, d10 (with correct resistor modification), ensured accurate calibration based on the aem manual, and even used a multimeter to verify the white analog output from the wideband is sending out varying voltage, while connected to my s300 ECU as well. Any ideas on why I can't ready my wideband through Hondata? The o2 heater is disabled and so is ELD.
