Swap is finished, car runs nicely. I haven't gone past 5K RPM yet as Im breaking in a new clutch for the next tank of gas. No codes, everything seems to work fine.
I am trying to verify a few things, mostly in regards to Vacuum and the EVAP system. I have posted similar on EK9.org as well in the hopes of getting some pics of how the stock EK9 vacuum lines and EVAP works.
So to start:
1) does the factory EK9 have an EVAP system/Canister on the firewall or any EVAP system at all?
2) Where does the vacuum line from the top of the throttle body (Next to the MAP sensor) run to? Pic of the one I'm talking about here, I have to capped off in my swap for now.
Hello, my 98 jdm itr throttle body has the same nipple . My nipple is ran directly to the canister. The is in a 2000 hatch. If you require emissions you will have to install a purge and utilize a Usdm ecu to communicate.
