Troubleshooting: No Start issues 2000 Civic EX B18B1 Turbo retrofit
Ok here it is. I have a 2000 civic ex that I have swapped a B18B1 ls motor into. I can't get it to start. It will spin over but wont start. I will start with the things I have done to the motor. I took the motor out of a 2000 acura integra and rebuilt it from the bottom up. I have added 550cc injectors, AEM fuel rail with AEM fuel pressure regulator, Walbro 255lph fuel pump, Dragonfire distributor, NGK plug with 8mm plug wires, 4 bar map sensor, and a turbo. I've checked the timing a half dozen times to make sure it was right. It's dead on. I've pulled the plugs to check for firing and fuel smell and I'm getting both there. I've noticed that while I have my laptop hooked up to the computer, I'm seeing the injectors fire, the rpm gauge registering, the map sensor registering but the ignition timing isn't. I've done the crank sensor bybass on the computer side. The O2 sensor isn't hooked up at the moment due to fact I'm trying to get the car to start to carry to the muffler shop. I've checked the valve lash. I just don't know what else there is I need to check.
Have you set the map sensor selection to the map sensor your using?, and also injector size, injector dead times in the parameters? You wont be able to set the ignition timing until you start the engine but that wouldn't prevent you from starting the engine, check the parameters in the ECU that I mentioned.
What EMS are you using? Make sure your using a OBD2B to OBD1 ECU jumper harness?

I figured it out.. Kinda feel stupid but anyway I had the plug wires on the distributor wired 180 deg out. Got it cranked and running now.
