Civic 1995 hatchback fuel pump or ecu?
Got a 95 honda civic with a GSR. Car was not starting on it's own, had to hit the starter. Right when I unhooked the main relay and swapped it for a new one, the fuel pump started not to work. Had a few main relay laying around and swapped all those but still not working also. I swapped the ecu with a LS ecu to just see if it would start, the fuel pump primed and car started fine. Ecu was working good before I unplugged the main relay just had to hit the starter to start the car. After the main relay was swapped the gsr ecu the check engine light stayed on in the the II position but with the LS ecu it did not stay on. Don't have another car to test the ecu on. Could it be the ecu? check the 24 slot fuse and it was still good.
