Replacing brake pads, adjuster?
Hi all, quick question about replacing the brakes
I've tried before quick but ended up just taking it to the shop but they seem to take forever and want to try again as new pads are needed. Getting new pads in is easy enough but when I put it all back together the lever still needed pulled quite a bit, to the point of the adjusting nut needing to be in about 3/4 inch, which doesn't seem right with brand new pads. When it comes back from the shop the lever is tight and the nut is all the way to the end like you would expect with new pads.
Is there another adjuster or something that I'm missing that you move/reposition when doing the brakes?
Thanks,
