Help me pass NYS emissions for the first time in a decade. 99 em1
Long story short I’ve been riding dirty with a built and boosted obd1 B18c gutter em1 for years. I’m old and figure I should be more responsible so I put the interior back in and sold my go fast stuff and built a b20vtec. It runs awesome on the obd1 ecu. Now I’m trying to get it to pass emissions.
I have a p75-a02 with a obd2b to obd2a conversion harness and when I unplug the obd1 ecu and plug in the on2b ecu and try to start it the fuel pump does nothing. No whine. If I crank it it will glug and briefly until the fire till the fuel is gone.
fuel pump is a walboro 255 but I doubt that had anything to do with it
pinout on the conversion harness is good, although the 2 wires from 2 pins are crossed into one into the ecu side. From what I’ve read, one is for Integra and the other is for civic. Should I clip the Integra one?
once I get this solved there will be more... subscribe if you want to go on this journey with me!

must be the conversion harness because I never ran into this problem unless there is something you're leaving that is not an EM1 part besides the b20/tach
