Default Oil Splatter all over driver hoods, motor mounts, driver shock tower

I recently put a z6 into my 96 Civic with a Saab turbo. After 20 minutes of driving or so the entire hood has a film of oil on it, the motor mount has a pool of oil, the timing cover has oil on it, and so does the front driver corner of my valve cover. I can't replicate an oil spray of any kind by revving it to build oil pressure.

Here are some photos of the general area that has a film of oil, the oil is fresh and hard to see, and in some areas I already wiped it down.

I took the valve cover off and it was pretty wet under the gasker, It's a y8 fel pro gasket with a z6 valve cover. The gaskets on the z6 and y8 are different (different part numbers at least. I was considering if this would be a problem. I have an oil catch can as well, I don't think there is a lot of pressure built up in the valve cover.

Seems like your D16Z6 piston rings are unable to handle the turbo, and high pressure blow-by gases in the crankcase are wreaking havoc.

It's a very low boost setup right now. No blow by feel when I take the oil cap off. I think I over tightened the valve cover bolts.

You may have overtightened the bolts, but it would not cause the problem with oil splatter.

The crankcase is experiencing high pressure build up, which can only be caused blow-by gases. The problem could be production of excess blow-by gases or no place for blow-by gases to vent.

Did you check your cam seal and front main seal?

Timing belt looks dry but if the front main seal goes it dumps oil. Cam seal can put out a fair amount too. Did you have the upper timing belt cover in place?

Also where is the turbo located, could it be blowing oil in the areas you found oil?

Everything you stated is dry, I'm pretty certain it's the valve cover gasket, it's a new fel pro gasket though. I have an oil catch can and everything is vented properly. The issue may have been cause by the center bolt threads were stripped, I think I'll helicoil and then find out.
