Default Hot Start Issue

So, I was recently having issues with my car not starting at all but I have replaced my ignition switch and main relay since this issue. I have a 2000 Civic Si with a B20B swap. Every time I get up to full temp. and try to start it again it, it will not start. If I come back and give it another try after a couple of minutes it usually will start. This only happens when the car has reached full operating temp. and when I park it for example at a gas station and come back to start it, it sometimes will or not start, thought my main relay was the culprit but literally just replaced a new main relay from Honda a couple weeks ago.

The main relay of 6th generation Civics is not plagued with the well known failures of the 4th and 5th generation Civics.

I am assuming that this is a cranks-but-won't-start problem. Is this correct? If so:

Post all CEL codes stored in the ECU.

Ohm test the ECT sensor, and also test whether the car starts if you unplug the O2 sensor when the warmed up engine won't start.

There are other tests you can do, but start here.

When the ICM in the distributor starts to go bad it likes to not let the engine start when it gets too hot. Then it starts when it cools down a bit. Test the ICM as well as the ignition coil inside the distributor.

once the thermal paste on the icm deteriorates it's only a matter of time:

The engine does not crank when I turn to key to crank.

Does the fuel pump prime?

When engine won't crank, connect a wire to the + battery post and touch it to the unplugged starter solenoid pin. Does the engine now crank?

Yes, the fuel pump does prime and I will do that starter test as soon as I can.
