Constant Lights Flashing
2002 Honda Accord EX: Constant hazard-like lights flashing. Flashing is much faster when Hazard button is activated. Flashing stops when passenger side interior fuse 13 is removed. This fuse supposedly serves: ECM/PCM, Heater control panel, Security indicator, Multiplex control unit (door), Gauge assembly, Clock Fuse/relay box socket Multiplex control unit (driver’s), Multiplex control unit (passenger’s) with the 7.5amp fuse. I am lost. What in the world could possibly cause this???????? And P.S. ---- the horn sounds when under hood fuse 47 is in place.

You Have Got To Be Kiddin' Me..... No you were not Tech8 because I merely walked out to the car (both windows were down) and I used the key to unlatch / latch the lock several times as you suggested but this time I did NOT hear a relay(s) clicking somewhere on the passenger side when i opened the door and entered the car. My lights are no longer flashing -- things work just fine.
I cannot believe I have been literally working on this for days!!! And in one minute you solved my issue. Man oh man TECH8 I owe you a case of beer and then some. And of course I feel like a complete idiot. Then again, I just may be......
